Terms & Conditions
Using Jago’s website and making an optional contribution.
Who we are
Jago Suite is operated by Cameron Jago Lis, a UK sole trader trading as Cameron Jago Lis Illustrates. Contact hello@jagosuite.co.uk for website or payment enquiries.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material or misuse its contact and payment facilities. We may change content, release links or features as Jago develops.
Software and creative work
The licence and notices included with each release govern its use, copying, modification and distribution. These website terms do not replace those licences or remove rights they grant. Third-party components, fonts and example assets may have separate terms, so check their included notices.
Making a contribution is optional and is not required to download or use a freely available release. Check the release’s system requirements and keep backup copies of your projects. Online previews may differ from the latest downloadable edition.
Optional contributions
A contribution voluntarily supports Jago’s development. It is not an order for merchandise or a promise of particular features, release dates or priority support. We are a sole-trader creative business, not a registered charity, and contributions are not offered as charitable or tax-deductible gifts.
The Support page links to Ko-fi, where you choose and confirm your contribution. Payment processing and any recurring option are governed by the options and terms shown there. Check the amount, currency and whether a payment repeats before confirming. The illustration shop is a separate website with its own purchase terms.
Payment questions and refunds
If a contribution was made in error, duplicated or appears unauthorised, contact hello@jagosuite.co.uk promptly with its date and transaction reference. Do not email full card details. We will investigate and explain the outcome.
We will refund confirmed duplicate payments and contributions made in error where the payment can be verified. Approved refunds are requested through the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on the provider. This process does not limit any legal rights or remedies available to you.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but maintenance, development and faults can interrupt access. Information is provided for general guidance; software warranty provisions are set out in each release’s licence.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain website information handling. External services, including GitHub, operate under their own terms and notices.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using courts available to them under applicable law. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing transaction. Updated: 12 October 2026.
