Your information. Your choices.

Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you visit, get in touch or support Jago.

Who is responsible?

Jago Suite is operated by Cameron Jago Lis, a UK sole trader trading as Cameron Jago Lis Illustrates. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email privacy@jagosuite.co.uk. For general enquiries, use hello@jagosuite.co.uk.

Visiting the website

Our WordPress website and business email are hosted through 20i. Hosting and security systems process information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser details and error records to deliver the site, investigate faults and prevent misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Logs are kept for operational and security needs, subject to the hosting provider’s retention arrangements; relevant records may be retained longer to investigate an incident.

The theme stores your selected colour preference in your browser, rather than sending that choice to us. Our Cookie Policy explains this storage and other site technologies.

Contacting us

If you email us or use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, message and other information you choose to send. The contact form uses Fluent Forms on our WordPress installation when enabled. Form submissions and email correspondence are used to answer your enquiry and provide support. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and supporting users. Where an enquiry concerns a transaction, we may also process information to take steps at your request or administer that transaction. Routine enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the matter closes, unless needed for a continuing relationship, legal obligation or dispute.

Optional financial contributions

The Support page links to Ko-fi for optional contributions. Following this link takes you to Ko-fi, where the service and its payment provider process the payment under their own privacy notices. See Ko-fi’s Privacy Policy.

When you support us, we may receive your name or username, email address, contribution amount, transaction details and any message you choose to send. We use these records to acknowledge support, answer payment queries, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in managing voluntary support and enquiries, and compliance with legal recordkeeping obligations. A contribution does not subscribe you to our newsletter. Please do not send payment-card details by email.

Financial records are kept for the applicable tax recordkeeping period and longer where required by law or an unresolved dispute. We do not publish supporter details on this website. Any public visibility on Ko-fi follows the choices and information shown there.

The illustration-shop link takes you to Cameron Jago Lis Illustrates’ separate website. Purchases there are covered by that shop’s privacy information and terms; the link itself does not submit an order or payment on Jago Suite.

Newsletters

If you separately sign up for a newsletter, MailPoet manages the subscription and delivery when enabled. We process your email address, any name you supply, subscription status and records of your consent. MailPoet may process delivery information through its sending service. Our lawful basis for sending newsletters is your consent. Contacting us or making a contribution does not automatically subscribe you.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We keep active subscription information while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain only information needed to respect your opt-out, demonstrate consent or resolve a complaint for as long as those purposes require it. See Automattic’s Privacy Notice for MailPoet service processing.

Analytics and marketing services

The theme itself contains no analytics or advertising tracker. If optional Google analytics, advertising or TikTok services are enabled, their use and the information they access will be shown through our cookie information and consent controls. Such services may receive page visits, device and browser information, identifiers and conversion events. Advertising technology is used only with the required consent; you can change your choice through Cookie settings.

Google for WooCommerce and TikTok integrations are optional. Installing a plugin is not a requirement to enable tracking. We do not make an optional marketing choice a condition of downloading the studios or making a contribution.

Who receives information?

Relevant information is available to us and to providers needed to operate the selected service: 20i for hosting and email; the WordPress plugins named above; Ko-fi and the payment provider used for a contribution; and MailPoet’s delivery service for newsletters when used. Optional Google or TikTok services receive information only where enabled and lawfully configured. We may disclose records to professional advisers, regulators or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or a legal claim. We do not sell your personal information.

Some providers process information outside the UK. Where we transfer information to a provider in a country without an applicable UK adequacy arrangement, we require an appropriate safeguard, such as approved contractual protections. Provider notices describe their international processing and safeguards. Contact privacy@jagosuite.co.uk for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. Legal conditions and recordkeeping obligations may limit particular requests.

Contact privacy@jagosuite.co.uk. We normally respond within one month and may need to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Downloads and external links

GitHub hosts releases or online studio previews when linked. Following a download or preview link connects you to GitHub, which processes information under its own privacy statement. This website policy does not replace the notices or licences supplied with individual software releases.

Changes

We update this policy when our services or information handling changes. Updated: 12 October 2026.
